How to Use LeadGen Command

Follow this step-by-step tutorial to find leads, run outreach, manage your sales pipeline, and use every major area of the platform. Sign in first so the in-app links open the right screens.

Tip: Create an account or sign in before clicking app links below. Public pages work without login; dashboard links require an authenticated session.

1. Get started

  1. Open Register and create your account with a work email.
  2. Confirm your email if prompted, then sign in.
  3. Optional: set your name and booking link under Edit Profile.
  4. Choose a plan under Plans & Billing when you are ready to search and send at scale.

After login you land on the Dashboard. Marketing overview: Features · How It Works.

2. Dashboard

Where: /Dashboard

  1. Review KPIs (leads, outreach, meetings) and the contact-today queue.
  2. Use the onboarding checklist if it appears — complete SMTP, search, and first campaign setup.
  3. Open AI Sales Agent priorities from the widget or go to AI Sales Agent.

3. Find leads (search)

Where: Leads → Find Leads (/Leads/Search)

  1. Enter a niche (e.g. plumbing, security) and location (city or area).
  2. Set country if needed, then run the search. Results come from Google Places (provider must be configured).
  3. Select businesses to save into your lead list. Credits may apply on your plan.
  4. Save frequent searches for alerts when available on the same page.

Also useful: Add lead manually · Import Excel · public API.

4. Manage your lead list

Where: My Leads

  1. Filter by status, score, country, niche, tags, website presence, and more.
  2. Sort by opportunity or intent score to call the hottest prospects first.
  3. Use Pipeline for a status kanban board.
  4. Open No Website for businesses without a site (strong web-design prospects).
  5. Use Missing Information to find leads missing email, website, phone, or social — then Edit to fill gaps.
  6. Update many leads at once via Bulk Update.
  7. On mobile, work the Contact queue.
  8. Review history on Leads Activity.

5. Lead 360 (single lead workspace)

Where: Open any lead → Details (/Leads/Details/{id})

  1. Check opportunity score, intent score, website audit, and contact enrichment.
  2. Generate or refresh an AI cold-call script; use it for call, WhatsApp, or email.
  3. Attach a demo website template from Workspace → Demo Templates.
  4. Start an AI voice call, open WhatsApp click-to-send, or send email from the lead (providers required).
  5. Use tabs for Tasks, Opportunities, Timeline, AI Insights (detect opportunities / research company), Intent signals, Sequences, Proposals, and Notes.
  6. Set Next follow-up and status so the Dashboard and Sales Agent stay accurate.

AI Insights and intent scans may use Azure OpenAI / Hangfire when configured — otherwise rules-based results still appear.

6. Email accounts, health & templates

  1. Add SMTP under Outreach → Manage Emails. Test send before campaigns.
  2. Optional: enable IMAP inbox sync on an account so replies appear in Sales Inbox.
  3. Monitor bounce rate and pauses on Email Health. Unpause or raise daily limits carefully.
  4. Create reusable HTML templates in Email Templates (use merge fields like business name where supported).

7. Campaigns (bulk email / WhatsApp)

Where: Campaigns

  1. Click Create — choose Email or WhatsApp channel.
  2. Pick recipients (filters or lead picker), subject/body or template, SMTP, daily/hourly caps, and delay between sends.
  3. Save as Draft, then Start. Email sends run in the background (Hangfire on production).
  4. On campaign Details, watch sent / pending / opened / failed. For WhatsApp, use the prepared click-to-send links (not fully automated API blasts unless you integrate separately).
  5. Optional: Create social draft to seed a Social Media post from the campaign copy, then schedule in Social Posts.

8. Sequences (multi-step drips)

Where: Sequences

  1. Create a sequence and add steps: Email, Call, WhatsApp, LinkedIn task, Wait, Move stage, Assign, Notify, AI Call (manual start).
  2. Configure stop conditions (reply, meeting, unsubscribe, bounce) so automation respects prospect responses.
  3. Enroll leads from the sequence page or from a Playbook start / Lead Details.
  4. Email steps auto-send when eligible (SMTP + not suppressed / Not Interested). Call/WhatsApp steps wait for you.

9. Meetings & public booking

Where: Meetings · Booking settings on the Meetings area

  1. Create internal meetings with invitees, or manage meeting types and weekly availability.
  2. Share your public booking link (/Book/{your-slug}) from profile / booking settings.
  3. When a prospect books, active sequence enrollments can pause and the lead moves toward follow-up.

10. Sales playbooks

Where: Playbooks

  1. Copy a system template (or create your own) with niche/country filters, sequence, email template, and scripts.
  2. Open Details → preview matching leads → Start to enroll and optionally create an email campaign.
  3. Add a Social caption on the playbook form; use Create social draft to open Social Posts for scheduling (does not auto-publish).

11. Sales CRM (opportunities, tasks, inbox, proposals)

AreaLinkWhat to do
Opportunities /Opportunities Track deal value and stages (separate from lead status). Mark Won/Lost with reason when lost.
Tasks /SalesTasks Create call/email/demo/follow-up tasks; filter due today.
Inbox /SalesInbox Read synced replies; intent is classified (interested, objection, meeting request, etc.).
Objection Intel /ObjectionIntel Review lost reasons and objection patterns with suggested rebuttals.
Proposals /Proposals Build from templates, export PDF, share public /p/{token} accept/decline link.
AI Sales Agent /SalesAgent See ranked daily priorities (follow-ups, tasks, replies, opportunities, sequence waits).

Always respect suppressions and Not Interested — Email Health and eligibility gates block bad sends automatically.

12. Sales Command Center & Acquisition Agent

Command Center

Where: /sales-command-center

  1. Open it each morning for attention chips (overdue, unread inbox, tasks, email health, objections).
  2. Scan funnel KPIs, then work the priority list or jump to linked modules.

AI Client Acquisition Agent

Where: /AcquisitionAgent

  1. Save your brief: product, target market, countries, goal, and optional default sequence.
  2. Choose automation level:
    • Recommend Only — suggestions only; you act in the modules.
    • Approval Required — approve, then execute.
    • Controlled Automation — may auto-create tasks / set follow-ups within a daily limit; never auto-sends email/WhatsApp/AI calls.
  3. Click Generate recommendations, then Approve / Execute / Reject as needed.

13. Social media

Where: Social Media

  1. Connect accounts under Accounts (OAuth apps / platform credentials required).
  2. Create a post, attach media from the Media Library, pick targets.
  3. Schedule on the Calendar or publish now. Review History.
  4. Optional: seed drafts from Playbooks or Campaigns, then finish scheduling here.

14. Reports, team & admin

  1. Reports — lead/outreach gaps and KPI drill-downs into Bulk Update.
  2. Sales Analytics — funnel, pipeline/won/lost revenue, breakdowns by country/niche/channel/salesperson.
  3. Team — seats, invites, branding (plan-dependent).
  4. Admins: Users, User Access Control (menu permissions), Contact inbox, Contact Agent knowledge — under Admin in the nav.

15. Suggested daily checklist

  1. Open Command Center — clear attention chips.
  2. Process Sales Inbox unread replies.
  3. Work AI Sales Agent / Acquisition Agent recommendations.
  4. Make calls / WhatsApp / emails from Lead Details or Contact queue.
  5. Advance opportunities and complete sales tasks.
  6. Check Email Health if you send campaigns.
  7. Review Sales Analytics weekly.
